As I read this, my heart sank and tears immediately came to my eyes. These kids are not just the children of Jamaica, but have become the children of many of those who have gone there. My first thought was, "Are our babies okay?" I can't think of one person that I have seen go in or out of that place that hasn't been touched by the people there. We have an investment there. For those of us who have gone on several trips, we have not only become familiar with the children, but also the staff. Without them, the children would be in even worse conditions. They could very easily even be dead. Satan sees the impact that is being made there and is trying to attack and destroy by putting doubt and fear in the hearts of the workers and the children. As that place, and all it stands for, has become a part of me and my heart, I can't help but to feel like not only have they attacked this geographical place, but that have attacked a part of me.
